Prime Inc has announced its 2003 Contractors of the Year. Juan Guerra, the Refrigerated Division's Contractor of the Year, resides in San Antonio TX and has been with Prime since April 1997. RTC, a division of Prime that uses company drivers, has chosen the driving team of Mark Manry and Lela Ousley as its Contractors of the Year. Manry and Ousley have been with the company since March 1999 and May 2002, respectively. Manry is from Amarillo TX and Ousley is from Richmond KY.
