Survey looks at aftermarket employee wages

The 2002 Employee Compensation Survey, a detailed look at compensation and benefits in the distribution industries, is available from the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA). Aftermarket companies can use the survey to compare their compensation policies with other organizations. This survey was conducted in conjunction with 32 industry associations and includes compensation data from 1,986 companies, of which 77 were aftermarket distributors. The study compares the compensation and benefits of aftermarket distributors and retailers with other distributors in the United States.
