Former USF Logistics president joins TLC

C2 Inc announced March 14 that Frank W Reuwer has joined its operating unit, Total Logistic Control (TLC), as executive vice-president of supply chain services. In this new position, Reuwer will oversee the strategic development of client-specific supply chain solutions for new and existing TLC customers. He will direct and manage the integration of TLC's logistic management, transportation, and distribution services.
