W&B Service Company L.P. has entered into an agreement to sell a 20% ownership stake to four of its senior managers. These dedicated managers — Teresa Murphree, Russ Mullennix, Joe Smart, and Michele Windle — have agreed to purchase ownership in W&B, and each has accepted a position as Vice-President. John Chisolm is the majority owner of W&B, which he purchased from Frozen Food Industries. The new owners will form a corporate board to plan W&B's future growth and expansion.
