Aura Systems acquiresEmerald Leasing assets

Aura Systems Inc. has acquired all of the transport refrigeration assets of Emerald Leasing of Atlanta GA. Assets acquired include the all-electric transport refrigeration system, approximately six acres of a service and installation yard and facility, refrigeration-related inventory, and a number of employees including Joseph Dickman, Emerald’s president. The agreement with Emerald returns the previously assigned exclusive selling rights for transport refrigeration to Aura. As a result, Aura can now offer an end-to-end integrated system to its customers in the refrigerated truck business.
